The Old Mill

The building is empty, at the far end a staircase and series of platforms allows access to the higher levels.

Under the Old Mill

In the basement of the oldest part of the mill.

It’s not clear but the pillars appear to be a later addition to support the structure.

Most of the floors above are completely rotten and too dangerous to explore.

Self Raising

We move up the levels in the mill. We can see at least six floor levels are missing

but it's not obvious what filled the empty void.

Old Bolter

An ancient machine sits rusting and forgotten.

The floor is unstable and rotting in many places, we tread carefully.

Bolands Mill

A familiar sight to anybody working or living around the canal basin.
