Documenting our Heritage
Westown House,
Co. Dublin
Page 1
The explorers approach Westown house.
It’s still early on a freezing cold morning
We’re grateful for the sun on our backs and the perfect blue sky
The steps leading up to the house have partly collapsed, what remains is this grassy mound leading up to the front door.
Thankfully it appears some care has gone to preserving the current state of the structure - vegetation has been cleared from around the house.
The front door
Some of the back walls have collapsed
