A two-storey over basement, three bay house.

Griffths valuation records the house occupied by Henry Smith Esq., who was leasing the property from John Clarke Esq.

By 1911 the house was occupied by the farmer Frederick Hodgins, age 69 and his wife Bessie Hodgins age 55. Mr & Mrs Hodgins had three daughters: Mary, Sarah and Margaret and three sons: Charles, Samuel and James all of whom lived in the house.
