In the background we see the remains of the Ardtully walled garden - the walls of the garden being constructed from the remains of the old Ardtully castle that existed on the site in ancient times and was destroyed by Cromwell.

The Orpen family coat of arms is still on display over the castle entrance.

Yet again I’m absolutely stunned at this incredible structure I’m approaching.
